We don’t talk about it much but we do a lot behind the scenes to make our workplace more inclusive.
Some of the things we’ve put in place:
💡 parental leave with equal rights for both parents irrespective of gender
💡 paid leave for trauma and difficult times
💡 cutting ties with recruiters who do not present a diverse pool of candidates
